Dr. Richardson is double boarded in both Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery and Dermatology. Dr. Richardson is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and American College of Mohs Surgery. He has co-authored and published research regarding the effects of stress on the skin and has twice presented at the annual American Academy of Dermatology meetings.

In his free time, Dr. Richardson enjoys spending time with his two girls, working on his golf game, playing the guitar, and spending time with his wife, Dr. Faith Stewart, whom he jokes is his boss both at work and at home.

FAITH STEWART, M.D.

She graduated with summa cum laude honors and the highest GPA of all student-athletes in her class from Wofford College where she played four years of Division-I soccer. Dr. Stewart received her medical training at the University of South Carolina and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society which represents the top tier of medical graduates. After finishing her internal medicine internship at Carolinas Medical Center, she completed a dermatology residency at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Dr. Stewart is the mother of two sweet little girls who keep her busy when she is not in the office. Beyond spending time with her family, she enjoys traveling, reading, playing piano and staying active. She feels fortunate and privileged to have built a dermatology practice with her husband, Dr. Steven Richardson, and hopes that it is as much of a blessing to others as it has been to her.
